Two moments matter: the cancel attempt and the next switching window. Aklamio lets you deliver the right offer at both.
Every cohort calls for a different offer at a different moment. Run them all on one platform, with one ledger.
Every winback program runs on the same platform and the same managed service. These are the parts that do the work.

Straight answers on when an offer should reach the customer, who should be eligible, and how a real winback is told apart from a customer who would have returned anyway.
Book a DemoThe strongest moment is the cancellation attempt itself, before the customer has committed elsewhere. An offer presented in the cancel flow reaches someone who has decided to leave but has not yet signed with anyone else, which is the last point at which the decision is still open. Offers sent after the account closes still work, but they compete against a provider the customer has already chosen.
It can if every cancellation is met with the same offer, which is why eligibility is a rule rather than a reflex. Restricting the offer by tenure, by value, by how recently the customer last received one, or to segments your churn model flags, keeps it away from customers who are gaming it. The reward is also issued against a confirmed retention or reactivation rather than at the moment the threat is made.
It depends far more on timing and on why the customer left than on the size of the reward. Customers leaving over price or over a competitor offer respond to an incentive; customers leaving over a service failure usually do not, because the reward does not address what went wrong. Segmenting by reason for leaving before spending on an offer is what separates a program that pays back from one that does not.
Yes, where you still hold a lawful basis to contact them. A lapsed audience is uploaded or read from your CRM, and the offer is scoped to that list for a bounded period as a campaign. Long-lapsed customers often respond better than recent leavers, because the reason they left has usually been fixed and the relationship has had time to cool. The longer ago the cancellation, the more a winback campaign effectively becomes a sales promotion.
By holding out a control group and comparing return rates. A share of the eligible audience is deliberately left without an offer, and the difference in return rate between the two groups is the program's true effect, not the headline number of customers who came back. Without that comparison a winback program will always look successful, because some customers return on their own.
