Solutions · Upsell & cross-sell
Pairing a reward with an upsell offer lifts acceptance, maximizes lifetime value and protects your revenue compared with a discount.

Add a reward to the upsell and cross-sell offers you already run. More customers accept the offer, expand their product use faster and stay longer. Lifetime value grows while your margins stay under control.
Lift
A reward at the moment of the offer converts the customers who would otherwise have ignored the upsell or cross-sell offer.
Accelerate
Customers move from one product to two, and from two to three, faster than without an incentive.
Align
The same reward surfaces in self-serve, on a call and in the account manager’s CRM.
Protect
A discount cuts the price for every customer who upgrades. A reward keeps that future revenue intact.
Seamlessly integrated into the upsell motion your team already runs. The incentive layer is configured once and synced with your billing or CRM system.
Every upsell and cross-sell program runs on the same platform and the same managed service. These are the parts that do the work.

Customers who use several of your products have a higher LTV and refer you more often. A referral program turns that into a measurable acquisition channel. Upsell and cross-sell is also often combined with retention and winback programs to keep these customers or win them back.

Straight answers on reward versus discount, when the reward releases, and how incremental value is measured.
Book a DemoA reward leaves the recurring price intact while a discount reduces it for the life of the contract. Discounting an upgrade cuts the margin on every month that follows and resets what the customer expects to pay; a one-off reward costs once and leaves the higher price in place. Over a contract term the difference is usually significant.
At the moment the offer is made, because that is where hesitation happens. The same reward can surface in a self-serve upgrade flow, on a call center agent's screen, in the account manager's CRM and in an email, so the customer sees one consistent offer regardless of who is making it. If you prefer, the first offer goes out without a reward, and only customers who don’t upgrade on their own get a rewarded offer later. That saves additional margin.
After. The reward is triggered by a confirmed upgrade in your billing system rather than by an agent marking the sale, which keeps the payout tied to revenue that actually exists. A holding period can be set so that upgrades reversed inside a cooling-off window do not release a reward.
Yes, usually one program is enough: upsell and cross-sell offers run in it as individual campaigns. Separate programs can make sense when reporting, program management or communication to your customers should run separately. Both run on the same platform.
By comparing acceptance rates between customers offered the reward and a control group that is not. The reward's cost is set against the additional recurring revenue from upgrades that would not otherwise have closed, rather than against all upgrades in the period, because some share of them would have happened anyway. Reward campaigns can also be targeted only at customers who did not respond to a first offer. That increases margin further.
