Who is Aklamio, and why am I seeing its name?+−
Aklamio is the brand's partner for this program. The brand decides the rewards and the rules; Aklamio provides the platform, tracks your rewards and pays them out. That is why our name appears on the program page.
When and how do I get my reward?+−
You get your reward once the program's conditions are met, for example when your friend's new contract has started. Timing and payout options differ from program to program, so check the terms of your program and our terms and conditions. The brand or Aklamio keeps you up to date on your reward by email.
I haven't received my reward. What should I do?+−
First, check your program's dashboard for the status of your reward, and your inbox and spam folder for the email from the program. A reward often stays pending while the brand confirms the conditions. If it is still missing after the period in your program's terms, contact our support team.
Who do I contact about my contract or order?+−
The brand itself. Aklamio only handles the reward side of the program, so questions about your contract, order, bill or product go to the brand's own customer service.
